Strawberry & Banana Shake

Vitamin C and Potassium will be the big winners from this shake. Add in some spinach for a green kick and some extra iron. Iron is hugely important as it helps give your body the best platform to provide oxygen and nutrients to your hair follicles, ensuring the best growth.

• 1 scoop Help Hair Vanilla Protein Powder
• 1 cup almond milk (substitute in your favourite milk or just use water)
• 1 banana
• 1 cup of frozen strawberries
• 1 cup of spinach

Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pie Shake

Pumpkin is a rich source of Zinc, which plays an important role in the maintenance of skin tissue and collagen production. A zinc deficiency can lead to an increase in hair shedding.

• 1 scoop Help Hair Vanilla Protein Powder
• 2/3 cup of Pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix
• 1 cup almond milk (substitute in your favourite milk or just use water)
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 cup ice (add more ice cubes if your shake is too thick)
